the needed info

The error occures when I try to connect to the server for the first time, when I try to configure my notes client. I give the username and the connection to the server.
But this error only occures on newly installed clients. All the others can access all databases.
I can not continue, the client has no access to the database.
The server and the client version is the same now: Lotus 8.5.3 FP6. (The server is on Linux, the client is on Windows 8.)
If when the client wants to connect to the server, it try to open a databases, it can be LZ1 compressed. But I don't know what database is it.

Thanks!
Attila
